Watch a campaign get built, end to end.
No slides and nothing staged. This is the real studio, from an empty organisation to a published, white-labelled campaign page, in the time it takes to make a coffee.
Run it from
Claude.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Thaura.ai or any assistant that speaks MCP to your organisation with one address. It reads your campaigns, builds and costs a draft, writes letters with the Strategist, and answers on your list, your broadcasts and your credits. Publishing and sending stay with you, in the dashboard.
A campaign live in an afternoon, not a build cycle.
Assemble it
Pick your targets from the campaign channel catalogue: newsrooms, regulators, MPs, ministries. Write one template. Our Strategist drafts and tightens it with you.
We screen and brand it
Every campaign passes our policy screen before it can send, then wears your logo, your colours and your domain slug. It reads as yours, because it is.
Your supporters act
Each supporter’s message is personalised by our LLM so no two are identical, filed to the right place, and logged. You keep the list and the outcome loop.
Every channel a complaint can travel, in one catalogue.
Each campaign channel is a real, maintained delivery route with its own format, recipients and rules. Add as many as your campaign needs. The credit cost is what a single supporter’s delivery draws from your balance.
Send a personalised email to one or more inboxes on your supporter's behalf.
Write to major cinema chains' booking, guest-relations and press desks about a programming decision, from a verified address book covering the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Pick which chains this channel includes; each selected chain is one email per supporter.
File a personalised complaint with the BBC's complaints service about published or broadcast content.
File a personalised Editors' Code complaint with IPSO about a published article.
File a personalised standards complaint with Ofcom about a broadcast.
Email a personalised accuracy complaint direct to a non-UK outlet's editorial address.
File a personalised accuracy complaint through AP's own Contact the Newsroom form, framed under AP's Statement of News Values and Principles.
File a personalised editorial complaint through The Independent's own reader support desk, with the category set to Editorial.
Match each supporter to their MP by postcode and send a personalised constituent letter.
One letter, twelve countries. Each supporter picks the country they live in; their national representative is resolved from their postcode, region or address, the letter goes out in the representative's own language, and where no official email exists (the US) the supporter is walked through the official contact form step by step.
Match each supporter to their ward councillors by postcode and email every councillor the council publishes a contact for.
Let each supporter choose an accredited host country and send one personalised letter to the responsible Tunisian diplomatic mission through the verified private registry.
Match each supporter to the NHS organisation serving their postcode (nearest acute trust in England; health board or HSC trust in the devolved nations). Postcode matching is unchanged. CEO contacts are prioritised; the organisation's verified general contact is used only when no CEO address exists.
Match each supporter to the NHS Integrated Care Board commissioning services for their postcode (a statutory catchment; England only). Postcode matching is unchanged. CEO contacts are prioritised; the organisation's verified general contact is used only when no CEO address exists.
Prepare a personalised complaint and walk your supporter through submitting it on an outlet's own official form.
File written evidence with a UK Parliament select committee's call for evidence. Published permanently on parliament.uk under your supporter's own name.
Supporters pick their country; the message routes to the right foreign ministry and embassies.
File a complaint through FIFA's human-rights reporting portal.
A regulator, portal or ministry we do not yet route to? Tell us the target and we will build the channel.
Request a channel →One template. Every supporter’s own words.
A thousand identical emails is a spam folder. Our LLM rewrites your template in each supporter’s voice, keeping your facts and your ask intact. Three people, one campaign, three genuinely different letters.
As an NHS nurse I have watched this coverage shape how my patients see their own care. Your report on 14 May stated as fact a claim that the trust has since corrected.
I am writing as a constituent and a teacher. The framing in this piece is not a small matter of tone; it misstated the findings of the report it claims to summarise.
I have read your paper for forty years. That is why the omission in this article troubles me. The single most relevant fact was left out entirely.
Illustrative. Every real send is generated per supporter at submit time.
Your supporters. Your relationship.
Most tools rent you access to a crowd. Headless hands you the list. Supporters opt in to hear from your organisation separately from anything NewsCord sends, and you can export the whole list, with consent state, whenever you want.
It reads as your campaign, because it is.
Your brand
Your logo, your accent colour, your privacy policy. NewsCord appears only as the processor, in the small print where the law requires it.
Your address
A clean campaign page at headless.newscord.org/your-org, or embedded straight into your own website with the SDK.
Your outcome
Responses, wins and losses come back to you. You decide how to follow up with the people who acted.
One plan. Every campaign channel.
A personalised, verified complaint to a regulator for less than a stamp. Every plan includes monthly credits for the campaign channels. Extra delivery is billed at your plan's excess rate, and plan credits reset each period. Every plan includes your mailing list too, with a monthly email allowance that grows with the plan.
Growth selected. 10,000 credits each month for $149 per month, and 100,000 emails a month included. Each extra 1,000 costs $8. Plan credits reset each period.
How credits work
A direct email is 1 credit, a media complaint 5, and a guided official-form filing 1. Extra credits are billed in 1,000-credit packages at your plan rate. Your mailing list is included: every plan carries a monthly email allowance.
Estimate a campaign
Four monthly plans, from $29 for 1,000 credits to $1,500 for 250,000. The estimate includes excess credits at your best matching plan rate. Plan credits reset each period.
Launch with us and your campaign may be featured on the NewsCord hub and broadcast to our own mailing list of thousands, putting our audience behind your cause from day one.
The things every organiser asks.
Is the message really from my supporter?
Yes. Every message is sent in the supporter’s own name and from their own email, and personalised per person by our LLM, so no two submissions carry the same words. That is what gets them past spam filters and read by a human.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for campaign channels: every message a supporter files through a campaign channel. A direct email or MP letter is 1 credit, a media complaint (BBC, IPSO, Ofcom) is 5, a guided official-form filing is 1. Mailing-list emails are not credits: every plan includes a monthly email allowance, from 10,000 on Starter to 2,000,000 on Max, and sharing a post with your subscribers is an email like any other. Four monthly plans start at $29, yearly billing gives you two months free, and every new organisation gets a 14-day trial.
Do I own the supporter list?
Yes. It is your relationship, not ours. Supporters give explicit, separate consent, and you can export the list at any time. We never market to your supporters without their own opt-in.
How do you keep campaigns safe and legal?
Every campaign is screened against our acceptable-use policy before it can go live, and each submission is screened again at send time. Campaigns that target protected characteristics or push unlawful content are refused.
Can I run it on my own website?
Yes. Embed the campaign form on your own domain with our SDK, or send supporters to your headless.newscord.org/your-org page. Either way it is white-labelled to your brand.
Can my AI assistant use Headless?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP from Settings in your dashboard, signed in with OAuth. It can read your campaigns, build drafts and write letters with the Strategist. It can never publish, send, spend credits or see a supporter's details. Full documentation is at headless.newscord.org/docs/mcp.
Point the machinery at your cause.
Set up your organisation in a minute. Your first campaign can be live the same day.
