One plan. Every campaign channel.

A personalised, verified complaint to a regulator for less than a stamp. Every plan includes monthly credits for the campaign channels, and your mailing list, with a monthly email allowance that grows with the plan. Plan credits reset each period, and extra credits are billed in 1,000-credit packages at your plan rate.

Growth selected. 10,000 credits each month for $149 per month, and 100,000 emails a month included. Each extra 1,000 costs $8. Plan credits reset each period.

Yearly billing is ten months for twelve, and the whole year's credits arrive at once. Emails to your own list are an allowance, never credits.

How credits work

A direct email is 1 credit, a media complaint 5, and a guided official-form filing 1. Extra credits are billed in 1,000-credit packages at your plan rate. Your mailing list is included: every plan carries a monthly email allowance.

One delivery is one supporter's copy. A campaign that writes to three recipients on a supporter's behalf draws three deliveries, so the estimate beside this is the whole campaign, not a unit price.

Questions

What organisers ask before they buy.

What is a credit?

One credit is one delivered direct email in a supporter's name. A press regulator complaint (IPSO, Ofcom, the BBC) is 5 credits because it is a full personalised filing with evidence. An official form filing is 1 credit. Every plan includes a monthly pot of credits that resets each period.

Are mailing list emails credits?

No. Every plan includes a separate monthly email allowance for broadcasts to your own list, and a broadcast costs no credits at all. Credits pay for campaign deliveries to institutions; the allowance pays for emails to your supporters. The two never draw on each other.

Do unused credits carry over?

Plan credits reset each billing period. Credits you buy as a top-up, and any promotional credits, never expire.

Is there a trial?

Yes. 14 days on any plan with a card on file, and 1,000 credits to run a real campaign. One trial per organisation. Tell us before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing is billed to you by surprise. Campaign deliveries draw on your credits and stop once the pot is empty, so the campaign says it is out of credits rather than running up a bill. Switch on the extra credit package on the billing page and a saved card tops you up when you run low, or move to a plan whose monthly credits fit the campaign. A broadcast larger than the month's email allowance is refused whole rather than part sent, and the allowance opens again on the first of the month.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve, and the whole year's credits are granted at once.

Do you take a cut of donations?

On the Stripe route we take 3%. A donation through the widget is charged on your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant of record and the money never reaches our balance; our commission rides on that charge as an application fee, and Stripe's own processing fee is separate. If you would rather point the Support button at a donation page you already have, paste the link and we take nothing.
