Campaign channel

Campaign email tool for organisations

Your supporter fills in a short form and one personalised email goes to the inboxes your campaign names. You write the letter once. Each supporter sends their own version of it, signed in their name, with their address as the reply address.

Direct email1 credit per delivery

What it files

A personalised email, written in the supporter's name.

To whom

The inboxes the campaign names, up to twenty of them on one email row.

What the campaign supplies

  • The recipient addresses.
  • A subject line.
  • The letter template, which the campaign writes once.

What the supporter supplies

  • Their first and last name.
  • Their email address.

Consent

The supporter agrees, before anything is sent, that a personalised email goes on their behalf to the recipients this page names.

Credits per delivery

1 credit. One delivery is one supporter's copy, so a campaign that writes to three recipients on a supporter's behalf draws three deliveries.

How it is delivered

The letter is held rather than sent, so the supporter can send it from their own inbox first. We dispatch only what they did not send by the deadline, which is fifteen minutes by default, and opening the draft extends it. The recipient gets one letter from a real person, not two. Every supporter's copy is personalised from the campaign's template: the subject is rewritten for each send, and the body's arrangement varies per participant, so a thousand filings are not one document a thousand times.
