Each supporter chooses an accredited host country and one letter goes to the Tunisian diplomatic mission responsible for it. Missions are often accredited to several countries at once, so the right mission is not always the one in the supporter's own capital.

Credits per delivery

1 credit. One delivery is one supporter's copy, so a campaign that writes to three recipients on a supporter's behalf draws three deliveries.

How it is delivered

The registry is never published wholesale. One address reaches one supporter, for the one mission they chose, so their own draft opens addressed, and no campaign ends up holding a diplomatic address book. The letter is held rather than sent, so the supporter can send it from their own inbox first. We dispatch only what they did not send by the deadline, which is fifteen minutes by default, and opening the draft extends it. The recipient gets one letter from a real person, not two.
