Grow your mailing list with consent
Give people a way to keep hearing from your organisation after a single visit. A sign-up on your public hub or a subscribe widget can turn interest into a confirmed organisation subscription.
The subscription belongs to the relationship the supporter chose. Campaign participation and joining your organisation list are separate decisions.
Start with an affirmative sign-up
The hub form and subscribe widget use a confirmation email: the subscriber must follow its link to complete the sign-up. A campaign has separate consent for the organisation list, so taking action does not silently add someone to future broadcasts.
You can add tags and save segments to organise the resulting list. That lets a later update reach people with the relevant interest while keeping the original consent visible.
Bring and take your own contacts carefully
CSV import requires an attestation that you have consent to contact those people, and imported addresses pass suppression checks. An imported contact does not go through the platform's sign-up confirmation flow, so the quality of that existing consent remains your responsibility.
Your organisation list can be exported to CSV. NewsCord's separate supporter audience is not part of that export. Headless does not buy lists or enrol an audience automatically for you.
