Submit written evidence to a select committee
A UK Parliament select committee inquiry takes written evidence from the public, and what it accepts is published on parliament.uk under the submitter's own name. Read that sentence twice before picking this channel: a submission is permanent and cannot be withdrawn, and the committee holds the submitter responsible for what it says.

- The evidence title.
- The evidence body. Anything over three thousand words also needs a summary.

- Their first and last name, which is published with the evidence.

How it is delivered
A campaign that sets no privacy option files its evidence as public, under the supporter's own name, which is what the committee publishes. An unrecognised setting is refused outright rather than read as public, because publishing a name nobody offered and discarding somebody's decision to be named are both wrong and neither can be undone. Every supporter's copy is personalised from the campaign's template: the subject is rewritten for each send, and the body's arrangement varies per participant, so a thousand filings are not one document a thousand times.
